Kiyah and I watched Rudolph his past Saturday. Its still amazing how the old Christmas specials still hold up, despite all of the attempts to bash them by the PC crowd. When Burl Ives tells the story at the time when both Donner and Mrs. Donner would join the search, Donner tells her “No, this is man’s work”. Cue, the PC crowd fainting, ala the same way when they hear Linus talk on the meaning of Christmas. Watching the scene from the Misfits, they needed to add Lawn Darts and the A.C. Gilbert chemistry set. King Moonracer circled the planet EVERY NIGHT looking for lost or misfit toys! Santa worked one night. King Moonracer reminds me of the Aslan character from C.S.
