Know Idea and you have no idea what its like to lead a life into the darkness that follows when I seize frames freeze, time bees stinging my self-esteem burnt memories become ash in the wind I’m blown from home to poems and back on my back just laying with recollections of blazing Buddha back in the day when I ain’t know Buddha or Christ except to smoke whatever whose light to get lifted ain’t make me no never mind difference since I’m cursed with this sickness to pen blessed verses that bare witness to the number of times I’m near death to make a living on the edge off these meds praying as angels and demons fight for space in my head arms legs torso soul torn from my flesh interior eyes flooded with passion feels like heaven and earth crashed into my body I’m hardly even conscious convulse like a heartbeat I’m hardly even conscious convulse like a heartbeat I’m hardly even conscious convulse like a heartbeat faster faster until I’m fast a- sleep when I awake you have no idea what its like to peer into the relieved eyes of my wife I’m the resurrected sacrifice on the altar of some sin slaughtered to atone men rising on my third wind and it hurts…like hell to move this drowsy mountain I’ve become but I got faith to prove the Most High exist from the most low points I know have to get back up off my back up on my feet go out and speak to souls who would suffer in my silence they rely on me being in position at appointed times one carrier of the light into dark lives and you have no idea what its like to know ideas you have may save the life of someone whom you’ll never meet and these ideas come hand in hand with a disorder that could kill you while you sleep you have no idea 13ofnazareth.bandcamp/track/know-idea
