Know who else is waiting to write his own Happy Tail? Our Chisholm! Chisholm is a 2-3 year old Blue Heeler who was found abandoned in our front yard one morning a couple of weeks ago. He is wonderful dog & gets along with most dogs (although the idea of being an only dog is mighty appealing to Chisholm). He is people-oriented, enjoys giving and getting lovin and apparently has had some experience as an inside dog, as he gives every indication of being house-trained. We are recommending a home with older children for Chisholm. We have not cat-tested him yet, but we certainly can if his prospective family has cats. The idea of leashes was a foreign concept for Chisholm, but his leash-training is progressing nicely over the two weeks we have had him. We think Chisholm has enormous potential and we hope we can find the family who thinks so as well!
