Kristin printing a 4 color print on polyester moisture wicking jerseys. One technique we use for printing on polyester is to use a white poly ink to establish a good underbase that will stick well to the shirt and then layer the top colors with standard plastisol ink. I cant recall why we were only running 3 platens during this print run. This method of printing with a white poly underbase has been wash tested and works like a charm. All equipment seen in this video is from Ryonet - the 4 color 4 station Riley Hopkins, the flash dryer, the Black Body conveyor dryer, the squeegees and the screens. Happy screen printing!
