Kudos to our Customer Service Rep Jaime who received the following comment: Hi John Thanks for the opportunity to feedback Your staff were great. I used a voip phone to talk to the lovely ladies who took the order. They even understood my Australian accent. They further explained how I may have made a mistake in an order as the product came with the item included. Saving me money. Only hiccup was from Grace Frames. One item was missed and another added, by accident. So I contacted Grace Frames who Immediately said to keep what was sent and they sent missing piece immediately. Thanks so much.
