Kunwar Amarjeet Singh finally opens up about rumors of him quitting D3! Link: thetellytimes/kunwar-amarjeet-singh-finally-opens-rumors-quitting-d3/ A lot of speculation was created after a Times Of India article link was shared on Twitter last evening, which stated that Kunwar Amarjeet Singh and Shakti Mohan better known as Rey and Kriya, have quit Channel V’s Dil Dostii Dance! Fans of the show went into a tweeting frenzy, as they all wanted answers as to whether this news was true or not, as nobody was giving them any! And so TheTellyTimes finally managed to get in touch with Kunwar today morning, who finally spoke about all the rumors that have been going around, since yesterday! “I was busy shooting yesterday when this news broke, and so only got to know about it in the night! It’s pretty shocking as none of us even know who gets hold of all of this, and puts it out. Yes it is true that I am going to be part of a new reality show which requires me to shoot abroad, but that doesn’t have any connection at all with D3 in any way! These are two totally different things, and not connected! Also, nothing of us leaving D3 has been confirmed yet, as currently there are a lot of things going on. We are still very much shooting on set, and only talks about certain possibilities in regard with the show are going on. The channel and production are figuring out certain things which can be worked out to make everything go smoothly, which is all yet under talks, as there can be a possibility of us leaving the show by mutual consent. There are a lot of various reasons for this, which when the time is right, will all be disclosed. Though as I said earlier, nothing has been confirmed yet! So I would please request viewers and fans to be patient, as if any of us are to leave anytime soon or later, we will definitely give a statement about the same! And honestly, D3 is my life! My soul! It is because of this show, that I am where I am today. It has made me who I am, and I will never give it up for anything. I would like everybody to know this! So guys please stay calm! We are all here as of now! And will never let you’ll down.” Kunwar has been an integral part of this show for more than 3 years now, so even if he does take a decision to leave, it will be something well thought about! According to us, the Channel has definitely made quite a few goof ups through the decisions they have taken since they suddenly decided to unnecessarily change the entire creatives team, which not only affected him but the rest of the cast as well in not a very good way, as TRP’s went down drastically, the show track changed randomly etc etc. And Channel V’s best show, suddenly just lost the plot! So yes there could be a lot of reasons for the same! Though like he has said, as of now everything is still under talks to try and figure out what can be worked out. So a request to all D3 fans and viewers to be patient and await his decision, as he will definitely let you’ll know what happens, once it does!
