Kyndal and I got to do an extra fun doggie transport today. Two - TopicsExpress

Kyndal and I got to do an extra fun doggie transport today. Two senior Bassett hounds were adopted from a high kill shelter in Alabama, nine years ago. The family that they were with, for nine years, was moving, and instead of bringing them along, dropped them back off at the same high kill shelter.😡 There is a wonderful woman in Frederick, MD, who runs a senior Bassett hound retirement home, called The House of Puddles. Kyndal and I were lucky enough to have the last leg of the journey to personally deliver Franklin and Honey to their forever home. We were greeted by 16 Bassett hounds and one coonhound. None of who seemed to fit the stereotype of senior. They were all very excited, eager to greet with kisses, and of course play. I was in my own little heaven with all of those hounds. What a blessing The House of Puddles is.....with our new delivery, she now has 19 hounds living in her home. 💖
