This workshop introduces a new resource designed to enhance the way practitioners use knowledge of MBTI® preferences when coaching. The Type Trilogy is a card sort tool for coaches and counselors and was developed by Susan Nash and Sue Blair. The cards combine image and language to enrich type-related conversations in the coaching process and combine the lenses of Temperaments, Interaction Styles, and Psychological Type. Participants will explore how to use this new tool to improve coaching outcomes. The combination of image and language enhances learning, the interactive process enhances engagement, and an ideal coaching space is created that brings Type alive.
