LAST MINUTE DETAILS :- Postcodes included for satnavs, everyone is coming from different directions, some on the coach and some on the train so meeting outside victoria coach station has been chosen, thats - 164 Buckingham Palace Road, SW1W 9TP. victoria train station is just across the road and theres parking there - SW1W 9SJ. Ive no idea how busy that car park gets. most people will be there between 10.30 - 11.30. then its about 20 - 25 minute walk to the house of commons, SW1A 0AA. therell be a security check (just a metal detector and a check in your bag). if 25 - 30 people turn up then thats about an hour to get through security and into the meeting. its being held in committee room 6 and is being sponsored by Dr Julian Huppert. MP for Cambridge, should you need to ask for directions to the room itself. veronica suggested having a piece of paper to hold up with IPP meeting on, to be recognised at victoria. name tags will be available so you dont have to try to remember everyones name. you need to use the main visitor entrance (Cromwell Green) for access and you should be directed through to the committee rooms from there.
