LAVROV: Moscow is concerned by reports that Ukraine’s government troops have used ballistic missiles against independence supporters in the country’s east Earlier, Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko declared a unilateral ceasefire within a 20-kilometer radius to provide access to international experts to the crash site of the Malaysia Airlines plane in Donetsk Region, but, quite the reverse, after that Donetsk, Luhansk and other villages in these regions are being shelled with Grad rocket launchers, artillery and tanks.
