LCSS Advisory Council The next meeting is scheduled for January 28, 2014. In an effort to ensure parents, students, and stakeholders of the Lumpkin County School System have a voice in the day to day workings of the district, Superintendent Moye oversees the Lumpkin County School System (LCSS) Advisory Council. The council meets quarterly to discuss education topics effecting local, state, and national education as well as to gather input from the members.
