They are Neither of You (Muslims) Nor of them (i.e. practice duplicity. diplomacy), and Yahalfawaun’ – They Swear (affirm, assert, vow etc) to Al’Kazib’ – Falsehood (deceit, deception, perjury etc) knowingly; -Allah has prepared for them (hypocrites) a Sha’deed’ - Severe Punishment, Saa’ – Evil (criminal, sinful) indeed is that which they do (actus reus); - They have made Emanahum’ - Their Oaths Junatun’ – A Screen (deception – mens rea), Fastadu’ - Thus they Hinder (obstruct - people) from Path of ALLAH (Truth), So they shall have a Muheen’ – Humiliating Punishment; - Their Children and their Wealth will profit them not against ALLAH, They will be Dwellers of Fire (hell) – to dwell therein forever; -On the Day (of Accountability / Judgment) when ALLAH will raise them all together, Then they (hypocrites) will swear to HIM as they swear to you, and They think that they have something (to stand upon), Verily, they Al’Kazib’unn’ – Are Lairs; -Shaitan (s, evil ones, criminals, sinners) have overpowered them, So they (ibid) has made them forget the remembrance of ALLAH, They are Hazubu’ – Party of Shaitan(s), Verily, it is the Party of Shaitan(s) that will be Al’khasrun’ – Losers (perish); - Those who oppose ALLAH (Holy Qur’an) and HIS Messenger (pbuh, Sunnah) – They will be Ill’zaleen’ – The Lowest (most humiliated)”.
