LEMON PIE **Thanksgiving Request** Easy Lemon Cream Pie Ingredients: 2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (fat free is ok) 2 4-oz lemon juice in plastic lemons 4 whole eggs 1 Keebler Graham Cracker Ready Crust (2 extra serving size) 1 8-oz container extra creamy Cool Whip (lite is ok) Directions: Whisk together milk, lemon juice and eggs.. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. When cool, ice with Cool Whip and refrigerate. TIP: Place pie crust tin on a cookie sheet before filling and baking for stability.
