Wisconsin is the worst state in the country to educate Black Children per Tony Evers ( State Superintendent) .A Resolution pro-claiming the month of August Educational Awareness MonthEducation is the key to knowledge and the one thing that everyone no matter their race, class or ethnicity has some form of access to receive. Wisconsin prides itself on focusing on the importance of education although we ourselves still have plenty of room for improvement.
