The ABL currency printed with back up guarantee deposit of gold, platinum and diamond the volume of which is quantified in metric tons and karats, insured in various issuance in Lloyd’s of London and other Bank of International Commercial Trust and Obligations assured by the “Fund Committee the World”, ****ally recognized by major financing institutions, led by the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) covered by pass code members. L. O. I. I, Ferdinand Emmanuel E. In effect, in order to facilitate the implementation of the program of reforms in the government and to speed up the current intensified efforts for social programs, broadening of social services to the people, productive life and for equal share in benefits of progress, I do hereby dire all appropriate principal proponents and key players of the implementation of the master plan for Progressive “Philippine 2000 and beyond” to strictly implementing the proper rules and regulations of redemption as embodied in the certificates of entitlement, special trust agreement of different allied states and observing the maturity date of all different previous metal guarantee deposit that is booking up the printing of “Ang Bagong Lipunan” currency.
