@LG Electronics Canada ~ I was so surprised to read that your front load washers were voted #1 two years in a row! Especially since Ive had my new washing machine for a while now and still cannot figure out which setting gets actual dirt out of actually dirty clothing. I get best results when I pre-wash the dirty stuff in a 5 gallon pail on the front porch, but with winter settling in, its getting too chilly for that. Thank goodness for my laundry sink and my Nannys scrub board :/
