LISTEN - my body is NOT your body and your body is NOT my body. There is NO one-size-fits-all in nutrition or in fitness. You must try out different things and see what works best for you and your unique body and your GOALS. We are all completely different and what works for me might not work for you. My goal is to SHARE what I do and what works for ME, and when you privately message me and join on in one of my challenges, I help YOU find what works for YOU. You have to try a new routine, a new workout, a new meal plan, a new way of eating for at LEAST 3-4 weeks before you see real & true results. You must STICK WITH IT consistently and diligently. Keep a record of how you feel and how your body is changing. While the scale isnt the best indicator of progress, I always suggest before starting a new program to weigh yourself BUT ALSO take measurements! Keep a journal of the journey. EMBRACE THE JOURNEY. Have FUN! Make it exciting. Share it with friends. Find people to motivate you. Engage your family & friends in your journey. Find support groups (hello, Im here for that!). Most of all... work as much on your INSIDES as you do on your OUTSIDES, and I promise, you will see drastic life changes
