LISTEN-Seductive images are everywhere and the subtle or not so subtle messages tell us its okay to sin just a little and to make matters worse, our wicked culture not only promotes ungodliness but approves of it and rewards it and wants you to tolerate it yourself ! We must stand against and not compromise with this depraved world that hates holiness ! Lust is not okay ! Fornication is not okay ! Filling your mind with ungodly music is not okay with our holy God ! Foul disgusting movies and TV shows is not okay with our holy Savior! Perversion is not acceptable with our holy God ! We must not condone and think is not a big deal with God. Look at the Cross and you will see Gods view of sin ! Is.5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil.God defines the standard of what is good and what is evil and we must not buy into the worlds definition of good and evil ! Society exalts sin not holiness ! Why did Jesus die ? Gal. 1:4Who gave Himself for our sins , that He might deliver us from this present evil world ,according to the will of God and our Father. Titus 2:14Who gave Himself for us,that He might redeem us from all iniquity,and purify unto Himself a peculiar people ,zealous for good works. Seems like many Christians do not really believe that this present world and its values is evil ! Sin is not okay ! Holiness pleases God and Christ died to save you from a life of sin ! Read Galatians 5:19-21 and read the list of the works of the flesh which are not okay with God and it says, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.Please read that list of sins and see how serious God is about sin. We cannot live a life of sin and claim to follow the spotless holy Son of God at the same time ! These worldly messages are very dangerous and completely untrue. Do not be deceived by the worlds message that you must tolerate what we know God says is evil.We must resist the ungodly messages of this world and obey Jesus and live a godly life now by the power of the Holy Spirit and the enabling grace of God.(Titus 2:11-15)
