LISTEN TO THIS FOOLSOLDIER Dela Coffie 5 hours ago via Facebook for Windows Phone What a friend sent me: "FROM INSIDE THE SUPREME COURT: All agreed that not signing the statement of polls (pink sheets) was an irregularity according to electoral laws of Ghana. They pointed out other irregularities that took place during the elections which were not included in the petitioners application before the court but were brought to the attention of the court by Dr Afari Gyan. These amongst others includes late arrival of voting materials and the late start of votes at some polling stations. However, all agreed these irregularities cannot on the basis of law be said to be at a magnitude that warrant denying of the right of any Ghana to freely fairly be part of deciding who leads Ghana especially when nothing suggest that these irregularities had any effect directly or indirectly on the actual voting nor has it be proven that such irregularities affected the total votes each candidate obtain in the election at any of the polling station before the court. Recommendations to EC to improve on the its recruitment mechanism, improve on how it trains presiding officers and the general conduct of future elections. were there irregularities yes=9 did they affect the results No =9 The plead by the petitioners to annul votes from polling stations 905 polling stations admitted by the EC where there were no signatures on the pink sheet is accordingly dismissed. stay glued to this page. Serial numbers duplication already dismissed, not signing dismissed. UPDATE SOON ON OVER VOTING AND VOTING WITHOUT BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION."
