LITTLE FRIENDS IS HIRING! Client Service Representative I (Starting pay will be determined by level of experience when hired) 25 hours a week Part time Hourly Position *If interested in this position, please submit your resume to laurenfrank@littlefriendspetsitting Working Timeframes: • Monday – Friday office hours 1 – 5, (20 hours in office) Fast Paced environment • Nights and Weekend -Heavy on call responsibilities will be shared with other office staff. You will have phone 2 nights out of the week (Monday-Thursday) and every other weekend. Time managing LFPS activities during these time frames should be tracked closely and reported weekly to the Office Manager. For example, if it takes 5 hours elapsed time to address office related activities such as answering the phone, texting sitters, addressing emails, monitoring PPS, etc. time should be tracked to the nearest min. If you spent 12.5 min on the phone with a client, then log the time as 13 min. If you spent 12.1 min on the phone, log the time as 12 min. * • Holidays – Alternate with other staff • Pet Sitting - does not count towards office hours; paid in addition to office hours *If this time goes over 25 hours weekly, the Office Management may decrease the hours needed for the following week. Our goal is to provide quality, professional services to pets AND their pet parents. Ensuring the pet receives top quality care is our main focus. Closely followed is a focus on customer service. Providing a positive experience in every interaction with clients whether from the sitters or office staff should be top of mind for everyone who works as an employee or works on behalf of The Company as a 3rd party resource. Job Description: This position reports directly to the General Manager. The main responsibility of the LFPS Client Service Representative is to ensure clients are provided with the service they request and expect. This includes: • Onboarding new clients by communicating our processes, explaining how to use the online scheduling tool, selecting a pet sitter to perform the service requested by the client, following up to ensure the service provided met the clients expectations and providing the feedback to the sitter • Managing current client requests for services using the online scheduling tool, email and the phone to receive the request and coordinate the sitter assignments. Follow up to ensure the service provided met the clients expectations and providing the feedback to the sitter • Addressing Client and Sitter concerns in a professional manner. • Emergency Pet Sitting when you are on call (paid as a sitter in addition to hourly office assistant rate) Other Office Responsibilities could include: • Client Feedback Process Management • Power Pet Sitter Accuracy Management and Audits Marketing Responsibilities could include: • Social Media – Facebook, Twitter, Blog, etc. • Relationship Marketing set plan – Apartment Complexes, Vets, Groomers, Rescues, other. • Event Coordination and Attendance • Website Management • Newsletter • Other Special Projects could include: • Process documentation • Other Behaviors: • GREAT communicator, both written, listening and verbal • Hard worker and can handle large work load • Client Service Oriented • Love of animals • Strong work ethic • Dependable • Quick Learner • Proactive and ability to work on your own with minimal guidance • Ability to address client and sitter issues with professionalism and good remediation tactics • Positive Attitude at all times with clients, sitters and co-workers • High Energy • Multi-task oriented • Organized Technical and Knowledge Skills: • Working knowledge of Power Pet Sitter a plus, but not required • Working knowledge of MS Office Software (required) • Some experience with Social Media Applications (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.) (required) • Email, Texting, Phone Skills (required) • Some Animal Behavior Knowledge (required) • Pet Medical Administration ability (required) *If interested in this position, please submit your resume to laurenfrank@littlefriendspetsitting
