LOL I recently explained the toolbox referred to in this video to someone who desperately needed it - & rejected it outright full of self-pride. Someone else then went & spent way too much $ to hear it repackaged by an American crim doing the rounds in oz atm ...& suddenly it held greater credibility! .... What Id also add to How to speak so that people want to listen is this:: ..... make sure youre speaking to the right audience!
