LOL!!!!! Several years ago I spoke frankly on the consequences we were creating by unrealistic, whiney, insecurities we were fostering in young people who were raised with too much praise, non-competitive sports, awarding their very presence at school and here we are living that reality. This group seems stuck on acting liked over privileged snots and as a result, we will see a major shift of success in the workplace. Children who are born into poverty and therefore competition, who actually have gratitude, work ethic and ambition will completely knock these whiney, self serving babies on their keisters and back into the basements of their parents where they will smoke weed, gossip and play video games until they get things figured out. Eventually starving for praise they will succumb to the REAL expectations of the professional world (about ten years from now). I am pleased and proud to have invested well in mentoring underprivileged, self starters that will bridge the racial divide and lead in a way that only those challenged with REAL life and gratitude can. As for it being civic duty to employ them. ROTFLMBO I already learned that lesson, I take great joy in changing live but I dont babysit and have very low tolerance for whiners, I wisely invest my time in creating agile, creative, low maintenance, high achieving, leaders. Dont Just Be Good At It - Be GOOD
