LONDON: Dalits in Britain fear that the landmark legislation, calling for end to caste discrimination, may get repealed even before its implementation as the time-table for the consultative process by the David Cameroon government may run through to the summer of 2015. The House of Commons, through the Equality Act, had voted for legal protection of the estimated four lakh Dalits in UK, the first country outside South Asia to legislate such a law.
