Snorting at the media once again and ignoring widespread criticism over threatening to pack the media to jail if elected to power, Arvind Kejriwal went a step further challenging the media if it had the guts to show the ‘true story’ about Narendra Modi’s Gujarat. Launching his road show in Bangalore, an unfazed and unrepentant Kejriwal accused the media of being on the payrolls of Modi and that is why no one is ready to unravel the ‘truth’ about Modi’s ‘so-called development.’ “Will the media have the courage to show Gujarat’s true story to the people of the country? There is a big question mark,” said Kejriwal throwing a challenge and a threat in one go. When the media threw a counter challenge asking Kejriwal if he had the courage to names the media houses or publications or journalists who were allegedly on the payrolls of Modi, the AAP leader just walked away.
