LOVE LIGHT DEVOTIONAL TOPIC: THE WORD IN YOU But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of israel: after those days, saith the lord, I will put my law in their inward parts and write it in their hearts and will be their God, and they shall be my people jeremiah 31:33 Before now, God gave the law on tablets of stones but the lord was far from them, so God decided to place the word in their hearts. Even now some christians cant use the word as weapon. They need to page their Bible first. The word of God has to be alive in your system. As such, you cannot say you dont know. The word does not tell you what to do or what not to do; it tells you how to maximize what you hear and ought to do Every christian needs to be conversant with the word of God in them. It is by this, they will grow. How you see and what you want matters. The word of God is in you, it created you. 1 Peter 1:23 and it is the same word that created the world. Joshua 1:8 says,this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth... He did not say heart because the word is already in your heart we are to say the word of God with our mouth. The meditation does not end in the heart, it ends in the mouth. Acts 19:20-the words you speak goes to the foundation of challenges so you need to keep speaking to gain grounds. The word in your heart that you speak and roar move in correspondence to brin results. The reason God gave us the word in our heart now is to bring and keep the word alive in us and to keep God near us. He is tired of being far from us. For you to be conversant with this word, you need to keep it in your spirit and mind. Continuous study is essential in achieving this. CONFESSION I practice and do Gods word. I speak the word of God always. I keep the word alive in my spirit.
