LOWER BODY CLIPS! Think I sweated just a little, perfect sports bra outline!!! Top video is using TRX bands you could also use resistant bands just hang them down and stick your heels in ONLY!! Butt and back off the ground and pull your knees to you, hammmmy exercise! Bottom video is DB dead lifts straight into lunges, each side counts as 1 whole! It burns so good!!! and of course ended the day with the love of my life STAIR-MASTER .. 3.3 miles!!
