** LUKE and LUCY** Lucy and Luke are the sweetest 1-2 yr old chocolate Lab mix of mix pups, weighing about 30-40 pounds that are looking for a home. They are spayed and neutered, UTD on vaccines and undergoing heart worm antibiotic treatment having had their first of 4 doses. They were found abandoned in a rural area about a month ago in a near starvation state in Gallman looking for food. Lucy would not leave her brothers side who was laying down and wouldnt get up. They were both extremely thin. They are very bonded to each other. They were picked up by a kind soul to heal and recuperate for the last 4 weeks. They are full of life and love to play and run and need a backyard with a fence. They love, love love people. They wag their tails when they see other dogs and hardly bark at all. They know how to sit and fetch and are very smart dogs. They need some assistance with their manners like any young pup since they want to smoother you with kisses, They have shown no signs of any aggression at any time. Lucy and Luke are being boarded and are now ready to be adopted and will show their appreciation with giving kisses. They just want to be with people! They love their back scratched.
