Labor & Employment Attorney (EEO, Final Agency Decisions) JuriStaff, Inc. - Washington, DC 20011 Full-time, Temporary, Contract JuriStaff is partnering with a branch of the federal government that is looking to hire an attorney to review, investigate and draft Final Agency Decisions on employment and discrimination matters. This is a long-term, full-time temporary assignment, expected to last at least 1 year, renewable up to 3 years. All attorneys applying must have the following experience: • Drafting of Final Agency Decisions or Adjudication experience • EEO experience (minimum of 6 months) - discrimination, employment, union, investigation, retaliation • Experience working in the federal or public sector The attorney hired for this position will work primarily off-site (approx. 20-30 hours per week), but the attorney hired will also be required to work on-site, in Washington, DC, for 2 days (approx. 10 hours) per week.
