@Lachii17: @Fighter_Diet planned cheat meal help boost metabolism after it slows down after many week of dieting Comment: one meal wont do anything really for your metabolism. You need longer time. Refeeds with carbs for one day. Or rotate calories up and down so you reverse the negative balance over a few days. Thats what I personally prefer nowadays. Higher calorie intake for several days instead of one mega refeed day fighterdiet/fighter-diet-newbie-pak
