Ladies, Gents, want to lose weight? Stop drinking pop/energy drinks. Youll notice your stomach being flatter in a week and youll have more energy and wont feel bloated, not to mention your teeth will thank you. Brush your teeth before bed or your body and teeth will absorb all the things youve eaten that day slowly in your sleep, not to mention rot your teeth. Also try not to eat past 9-10pm its harder for your body to digest and gets deposited as fat. Try eating more Chicken and fruits. Remember veggies dont count against you, unless you fry them. Take walks, smile, cut an hour out of your day and hit the hay earlier, drink lots of water, stop stressing over things you cant change -stress is very unhealthy on your heart and the rest of your body- Laughing is the best medicine, and works your abs so giggle it up. You all have got this shit!
