Ladies, I will be openly honest. I was mad, hurt, and jealous this whole season. However, a week ago I decided to change my attitude. I wanted one thing from you girls and thats was to accomplish what you did last night. I may not be able to say Im proud to be your coach, but what I can say is that Im proud to be your number one fan. my duties as your number one fan is to cheer you on and to keep you motivated. I promise to do that. I will still yell at you to be aggressive, move your feet, stay low, to talk, and to HIT THE DANG BALL. Now, as a fan and not a coach, Im going to tell you that no one is expecting you to bring home that state trophy (although that would be nice) we are just expecting you to prove why the Jones County Lady Coyotes deserve to be at state. That doesnt mean winning all of your games. That means playing with your heart and soul. Playing with a purpose. Your job is not done yet. You have a lot to accomplish still. Do not get comfortable with the idea of making it. We will always be proud no matter what, but make sure you all give it your individual all. You got this. Congratulations on your victory. Lets get a couple more! Love always!
