Ladies and Gentlemen of Southern Ancestry, Let start by saying - TopicsExpress

Ladies and Gentlemen of Southern Ancestry, Let start by saying that we have a number of politically correct Southern people are ashamed of their Southern Heritage, because they have fallen hook line and sinker for the (for lack of a better description) DAMN YANKEE LIES. They are taking down the symbols of our forefathers with little regards for the truth. These so call Sons and Daughters of the South that are ashamed of their family’s past can should be considered traitors to their blood lines. If these people feel so strongly about erasing the past they should remember the past is just as important as the future, and they should also remember those which don’t study the past are doomed to repeat it. Sadly, this means that because they don’t know or care what these brave men and women fought against, they don’t understand or see that we are facing the same foe now that our forefathers did back in their day! If they don’t want to see the Stars and Bars or the Southern Cross they could most certainly find a place that doesn’t allow such displays of Patriotism. However, based on my experience they are hard pressed even to find a corner of God’s Green Earth that doesn’t have at least the Southern Cross proudly flying. It’s been used by freedom loving people in almost every struggle where people are fighting for their independence. The Southern Cross has also be flown in every major (and some minor) military conflict since the War for Southern Independence. The truth is that most of these politically correct, overly “educated” bigots can’t tell the difference between the Stars and Bars and the Southern Cross. And just for educational purposes I’ll let them in on a little secret! The Stars and Bars or First National Confederate Flag looks just like the newest version of the Georgia State Flag, just without the state seal. The Confederate Battle Flag, which is also known as the Southern Cross or the Saint Andrews Cross, and is the flag that these idiots call the most racist symbol ever to fly above the face of the earth. I can understand this; after all it is a Christian Symbol which by their efforts they are also trying to remove. These actions and thoughts again show their lack of knowledge about our history and families. Yet they don’t care that they are degrading the memory of our forefathers and mothers by degrading the symbols of the freedom that our families fought so hard to defend. These men and women who stood against the tyrannical government of their time and fought the Second War for Independence have for the last 150 years been relegated to being called uneducated, cruel, and uncaring monsters. Some of these people (like my forefathers) had parents or grandparents that had fought against King George in the First War for Independence and they knew what an oppressive government looked like. Some of these people had parents or grandparents that had also fled Ireland to get away from an oppressive government and they too new all too well what they were fighting for and against. Some had parents or grandparents that were brought to these United States on slave ships which flew the Union Jack, the flag of Portugal and yes, the Stars and Stripes, but never a flag of the Confederacy. They were not fighting to keep their brothers and sisters in chains. They too knew what an oppressive task master looked like. And last but not least, there was the Cherokee’s who had family driven off their land by lying thieving government officials. Each and every one of these groups that rallied under the Southern Cross knew what they were looking for and that was freedom. These symbols of freedom and the Second War for Independence aren’t rags to be thrown in the trash bins of history; they hold the truth of freedom written in blood by our forefathers Black, Brown, Red and White. Blood that even today flows through the veins of every freedom loving Sons and Daughters of the South. With that said we who feel that our forefathers stayed true to the Constitution, should take up whatever banner our forefathers carried into battle and display it proudly wherever we go. We should be ready to defend it with the spirit of General Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson, and General Nathan Bedford Forrest in words and deeds. Not to disparage those who disagree with us, but to educate them to the truth that has been so tainted by the politically correct enemies of a freedom loving people. God Bless the South
