Landlords can red flag you and spread your name if your a bad tenant... Well what if the tables turned what if you could red flag a Slumlord a bad landlord someone who does not take care of their property up keep and fix things for you when needed wouldnt you like to know who your going to be renting from it could help in many ways witch is why Im going to create the open group #VALLEYSLUMLORDS so we in the valley area can have a better understanding of whom we will be dealing with. If they can do it so can we to many people are left in udder dismay and unhealthy living conditions I believe its time all landlords step up their standards and make their buildings up to par instead of leaving them to rot in around our familys.
