Large, commercially grown crops -- regardless of whether theyre organic or conventional -- are not healthy for the land. It isnt organic that we need to be focused on; simply replacing conventional monoculture crops with organic monoculture crops solves nothing. We need to support local, sustainably grown crops if we want to repair the damage weve done to the earth and our bodies. The same issue applies to large scale commercial wind farms and solar arrays, both of which damage the eco system by killing birds on an enormous scale. THINK SMALL folks! Think small. These problems can be solved, but we need to think small, in a large way.
