Work experience in ECC, SRM ,SCM, BI ,Portal, Solution Manager (Abap +Java), BOBJ, Live cache. Experience in HANA or Cloud mandatory. Good knowledge / Trouble Shooting of Basis administration & expertise of performance tuning. Good exposer in Operating System (Unix/Linux), Database (Oracle/DB2). Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Ability to work on activities involved in Plan areas ( Sizing, Client/Landscape Strategy, High Availability). Should have experience in L3 Support. Good practical knowledge in applying support package, kernel upgrade, OSS note. Ability to work independently to investigate & contribute in resolving system issues. Understands criticality of system monitoring & can Monitor SAP the system using various available / implemented tools/mechanism. SAP BASIS certification and Hana knowledge should be an added advantage. Good Communication skill.
