Last Post of the Night - Its so controversial I might wake up and erase it in a few hours. Obviously I am african american, a black man. I have noticed that when I set an appointment with other races my show up ratio is so much higher, its really about 80%. Its like in the white, latino, asian, etc culture they honor and respect time. Its sad to say that so much in my community is so casual and I dont know if my brothers and sisters understand that you are saying a lot about yourself when you handle some things in a casual manner that should be handled in a professional manner. I would say my show up ratio in the african american community is about 30%. The crazy part about it is this is not a post out of frustration. I was the top recruiter company wide in the month of July and I am still putting up beast numbers but its because I understand what Im dealing with. I know the numbers so I adjust accordingly so once again I will advance this month.
