Last Saturday I spent the afternoon at The Health Crusader, run by org fork. It was informative and refreshing and inspired me to be more proactive about health. Since then, I have tried making one small change each day, in the direction of better health. I started drinking some kombucha each day. Packed fruit & nuts for work snacks. Changed coffee to green tea & peppermint tea at work. Got a Himalayan Salt lamp. Chose chocolate that had no soya lecithin. Made gluten free granola. Reduced consumption of corn based food.
