Last but not least because fresh herbs are so wonderful for cooking as well. Here are a few of my herbs, I call them herbs gone wild. I have 6 different kinds of mint, sweet basil and cinnamon basil, catnip, love lavender, Russian Sage, white Sage, lemon balm, lemon verbena, rosemary, oregano, rose geranium, parsley, thyme, dill, tumeric, and several others...I will dry a lot of these and label. Some are aromatherapy and essential oil healing, others for food and teas. I love drying my fruit for teas and grinding them. This is one of the things I so enjoy doing....
