Last email I received from Yodel was this: Hello. The Subject Access Request is a standard procedure that we follow in order to comply fully with the Data Protection Act. You will be able to see all information that is available to you under the DPA. Were investigating the driver and their account of the delivery again. If we find evidence of wrongdoing well ensure that appropriate action is taken. Thanks for your additional information. Well take it from here. We have marked the parcel as missing on our system. The seller has access to this. If the seller has a claims agreement with Yodel they will ask you to complete a disclaimer, then they can submit a claim using the information in the disclaimer. For confidentiality reasons we are unable to discuss whether individual clients have claims agreements with us or whether or not a claim has been submitted for a parcel. Chloe The Yodel Social Media Team YODEL e: [email protected] I have forwarded this on to the seller for a last ditch attempt to get somewhere without any legal involvement going further. Not sure if anyone has tried emailing the Social Media email address above, but it has been the only way really of me getting the information I required. (Most of the email is in response to me asking what info I would get if I did give them the £10 fee).
