Last evening of caravan holiday near Great Yarmouth, & having our last supper after watching full moon rising up out of the sea from nearby California Cliffs. Used last of our 4p per bag of reduced toms (we had 8 bags worth!) with aubergines & breadcumbs& cheese in layered bake -yummy use of cheap ingredients! Lots of budget self catering often better eating than when out & about except for a fab pub, The Mariners which had good value home made grub & ace ale!
