The course is a specially designed programme to develop new and existing cricket skills in a fun and friendly environment. Players will be taught according to their experience and ability – giving everyone the opportunity to develop their skills and have some fun in action-packed sessions, key emphasis on technical and tactical aspects of cricket. Kegworth Town CC has excellent facilities at the disposal for the camps including two artificial nets, artificial wicket, mobile net cage, bowling machine and much more. Clothing: Conventional white cricket clothing and cricket footwear should be worn. However, trainers and PE kit are fine. It is recommended that each child brings one or two warm sweaters, since practice will take place outside (weather and ground permitting) and also a spare set of clothes for bad weather. Kit: Should ideally bring their own cricket kit – bat, pads, batting gloves, box and helmet. Please provide your own packed lunch and sports bottle.
