Last night I dead lifted How I went, Warm up - 18 on 20kg - 12 on 50kg - 8 on 60kg - 4 on 70kg - 2 on 77.5kg And back down I want to hit 90 I have a long way to go but Im getting there. The 2 on 77.5 were good I felt like I could do more and go heavier but I didnt . Thursday I will. I used cross fit weights the last time I did deads and it felt so strange the range if motion was shorter.
