Last night, I looked in the mirror at all of the beautiful, smiling faces getting their groove on and was overwhelmed with a feeling of pure joy. I thought to myself right then and there, Thank you, God, for giving me this opportunity to do what I love with women who make me smile. I was already feeling like the luckiest lady in the world when the music stopped (and quite honestly, so did my heart because I thought the police were there because we were partying so loudly!). As I listened to this wonderful group of women continue singing Hold On by Wilson Phillips even after the music was gone, I was presented with the most fabulous gift from my clients! I finally got the headset Ive been wanting for the past year! However; it wasnt the headset that made my heart leap out of my chest; it was the insane amount of love I felt in that moment. I dont think all of you realize how much I love each of you, and it just seems so surreal that you would be getting a gift for me-it should be the other way around. So please accept my gift of love and gratitude to each of you for supporting and helping me along in my journey to create a place where women of all shapes, colors, sizes, and ages can come together without the fear of judgment, a place where everyone feels welcomed and supported in all of their health and fitness endeavors both inside and out.
