Last night I received this inbox from a friend that lived in my lifer cottage in prison. In my book her nickname- Noodle. She was one of the only people who did not bully and use me ever behind bars. I just finished working on her case for today and I am asking for prayers for my friend... Tammy- Amy are you busy 11/4, 5:46pm Amy Wickes- I am just home from voting feeling tired are you OK? 11/4, 7:05pm Tammy- Scared. Been trying to stay positive even in the midst of all this craziness. I may be going back. to Marysville. I have court Thursday so please say a prayer for me. At this point I dont know how long I will get if they find me guilty? Tammy- I got a prescription 2 months in a row from a doctor who I thought was a real doctor but come to find out he was it and he tried to buy my last 2 weeks of pills from me and turn around I found out he was selling. Theyre trying to get me for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity to pounce conspiracy to counts deception to obtain a dangerous drug to counts and illegally processing to drug scripts to count. if I stay in jail to the court hearings over then it all depends on what they give me plus 9 months of my violation. 11/4, 7:42pm Amy Wickes- Oh Dear God. You are free right now on bond noodle? 11/4, 7:43pm Tammy - I talked to the APA they said if I got any kind of bond they would send me directly to Marysville for 9 months until the case is Sun so I will have to sit in jail until this whole case is done 11/4, 7:44pm Amy Wickes- This is awful. Noodle I am so sorry. I love you I believe in you! 11/4, 7:46pm Tammy- I will be in Cuyahoga County Jail. they will book me in on Thursday and I will stay there until this whole court proceedings are over with, it all depends if they find me guilty or not if they find me guilty its whatever time they want to give me plus my 9 months parole violation. All because I went with doctor thinking that he was a real doctor and could help me the system is so screwed up. But I know that God is with me. You do not belong in prison you are doing good now this makes me sick we have to trust God remember when they sent me back for 17 months I should not have been sent back but now I do see why God did that still this is not OK very very sick uncaring sociopaths is for prison some people are bad and wont change but you are a good soul I am so sorry noodle. 11/4, 8:20pm Tammy- It will be OK God is with me. This makes me so mad you will be in there suffering and starving until all of this is settled you are no threat to anyone they must know or you would be in jail now not turning yourself in why cant they let you await trial and then decide to incarcerate you? 11/4, 8:27pm Tammy- Hey at least Ill be able to teach the girls that are in there the newbies how to cook in the prison. 11/4, 8:30pm Amy Wickes- Yes thats such a kind and good attitude I love that thank you for calming me. 4:12pm Tammy- Theres a lot of us on there as his co defendants my roommate is one too. She will probably be put on a mental health docket. 4:12pm Amy Wickes Can you be put on that docket and may I share this story without using your name to get public feedback and possibly advice? 4:13pm Tammy - Yes go ahead. I will be in there for quite some time waiting and then I will have to do nine months plus whatever they give me because I violated just by getting the case. 4:13pm Amy Wickes- shit. I am waiting for all my Cleveland contacts to write me back. I did I just spoke to a rights activist attorney for this type of stuff that is so hard to get a hold of and he likes me and he told me he needs me to call him back at 5 30 if I do not hear back from him soon so hang in OK honey all these people I call they are in court during the day and afternoon so I have to wait til this time to get response. 4:15pm Tammy- At least I know what Mary is like. now I just have to prepare myself. with personals and envelopes. 4:16pm Amy Wickes- OK, my address is 328 civic center drive Columbus, Ohio 43215 OK. But as long as I stay positive and stay in prayer and away from all the negative Ill be OK. 4:37pm Amy Wickes Are these federal or state charges? Where are you turning yourself in honey? What time? I have a woman that wants to come with you or send someone with you if she can this is so last minute but you need protected when you turn yourself in you do have rights. 4:39pm Tammy- There in the Court of Common Pleas its drug court for arraignment you can look up Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court go to court dockets criminal case I believe it civil put in the number 59.... It should pull up everybody. Do you have a lawyer? Any mention of bail yet? 4:45pm Tammy- No I have to wait till they give me a court appointed lawyer. I have $25 for a public defender. Bond will be set tomorrow but if I get out on bond I can go straight to Marysville while waiting for this case to be over with as they have violated me on that nine months shelf time for getting this charge? 4:46pm Amy Wickes- Do not talk at all- you want lawyer. It sounds like you already have but no more talking without a lawyer. 4:46pm Tammy The PO told me that if I got out on bond they could put a hold on me and send me straight to Marysville and I would have to go back and forth regarding this case. 4:50pm Tammy- My case manager at recovery resources is trying to get me on the mental health docket but I dont even know how long that will take. and I have to wait on a public defender. they can call Michael and give him all the information.
