Last night I was at the Cheese Course doing an employee wine seminar. (Long story short, Im a wine nerd, and have my own business). The owners are very excited about getting more knowledge for their employees. They also have some excellent cheeses you cant find anywhere else. Wine is retail and the cheese/menu is fast casual. This is a great place for lunch or dinner, cheese plates and wine. I will be working with them to continue the wine education as well as working on customer wine tastings. Go by and check them out!
