Last night I went into town, but this was no ordinary trip. You see, where I live (Newcastle) there is a HUGE student population. And last night every single student landed into town. At the exact same time as me. Every store had decided to do a 30% off for students. For 2 hours only. Well…you can only imagine the CARNAGE this resulted in. Here’s the interesting part… Lil ole me was caught up amongst all these young and motivated students. Aside from making me feel old, it brought back some memories. The days when I was student, in their exist position. This is what it reminded me the most of… My GOALS. When I landed in the Toon as a fresher, I was FULL of goals. The big one was to complete Uni and get my BSc degree. I did just that. Looking back…that was one hell of a goal to achieve. It also took a lot of work, time, consistency and effort. (and a few drunken nights each week) Here’s the learning bit: - I had a very specific goal - I knew what I needed to do to - I knew it was possible to complete - I had an exact time frame to do it in ^ This is how to set goals. Any goal, including health and fitness. Without this effective goal setting procedure, you’ll likely not achieve it. It’s proven, powerful yet actually pretty simple. EVERY successful person uses this goal setting technique. And in this weeks video, I show you how to do it for any goal you have. Ill post that later!
