Last night my sister told me that she had seen 3 raccoons stuck in a sewer drain, so I called 911 to try to get the animal control officer out to rescue them but the lady at 911 said "We wont open sewer grates for them it is a wildlife problem." My opinion is that man put the sewer grates in not nature. Plus it was raining out. Her lack of concern for the other life forms that we share this world with made me want to yell at her for being so heartless. Even a raccoon needs saving every now and then.
