Last night was a brilliant night, here in The Copper Bar at The Dunadry Hotel - the best weve had yet; singing, dancing and the craic - which was brilliant! So a big, BIG thank you to... Ena, Rosemary, Jill, Rosanna and Becky - they were first on the floor when Galway Girl kicked in! Thanks to Ruth, John, John, Andrew and James who were there again, and asking for Crowded House and Aviciis Wake Me Up. To Louise and her other half Ricky, who made me feel like I was on The Voice whilst doing his best Dr. Strangelove impression - all he needed was a fluffy white pussycat! Andrea, from Scotland, was celebrating her birthday, as was Mr. Rob Armstrong - he was 60! Cecily, Breda, Samantha and Antonia - the remainder of the Glasnevin girls - were there again! Brendan and Maria were playing Kermit the Frog - sitting half way on the stairs! Samantha and Patti were singing along to almost everything, but wouldnt get up and assist for Under Pressure! Jackie, Vicky Jenny and Becky wanted some Elvis! Colleen and Mark at the bar wanted it stepping up a bit! And our Malachy went to ground when I asked him to fulfil his promise of singing us some Snow Patrol! Oh...and the fox...what did he say....!?
