Last nights dream was one of the worst high-concept movie pitches ever, EVER: two identical twin brothers, one a district attorney, one a defense lawyer, often set against each other in high-profile cases. Okay, so far, pretty unlikely, but within the realm of possibility, right? Given enough district attorneys and enough defense lawyers, sooner or later this will happen. ...except that these guys have a bet going since passing the bar. They have a drinking game set up, in which they each turns doing as much as they can, as far as they can, into the trial, to completely blow their own cases...until all seems hopeless and they come out with all guns blazing, at the last minute. Any twin who doesnt win his case under such circumstances has to buy the other a round.
