Last week I showed you a picture of Chad MacKay. Chad spent months perfecting his double unders till they were no longer a weakness. Here in this video Denise talks about how many things we do in the gym, dont exactly transfer in day to day life, yet they make us stronger and eventually those easy day to day tasks seem 2nd nature. What skill do you lack when you enter the gym? What movement cant you do like some others and slows you down? Do you practice it? Outside of class?
